EXERCISE 1:

– back fall
– 3 shrimps
– 3 rockers
– 3 penetration steps

(repeat)

EXERCISE 2:

– back fall into back flat roll
– front flat roll other shoulder

(repeat)

EXERCISE 3:

– BJJ roll-outs from each side (complete roll)
– Judo style roll-outs from each side (hit to stop)

(repeat)

EXERCISE 4:

– shrimp to inversion side A
– shrimp to inversion side B

(repeat)

EXERCISE 5:

– DLR wall walks (come and go along the wall)

EXERCISE 6:

– jacare crawls (crocodrile walks: marking a lot the position, flexing slowly, etc to increase effort)

EXERCISE 7:

– knee cuts (over a heavy bag laying on the floor or even a stuffed bagpack / big pillow / anything soft and bulky). 4 for each side.

EXERCISE 8:

– guard flips (4 on each side)

EXERCISE 9:

– toreana passes

Exercise 10:

– bidge to turtle (4 each side)

EXERCISE 11:

– S-sits (4 each side)

EXERCISE 12:

– Helicopter seats (from S-sits, 4 each side)
